About The Bluffs

The Bluffs is a condominium community in the Mission Valley of San Diego, California that offers some of the most affordable real estate in this area. Residents also enjoy being close to restaurants, stores, services, recreation, and entertainment.

The Bluffs is one of the only subdivisions to offer studio condos. It was built in 1971 to 1972 and has 324 units. There are one to two bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, and 432 to 1,130 square feet of living space. Amenities include two swimming pools, a clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness center, and underground parking.

The San Diego Unified School District is the second largest in the state. Students attend facilities like Carson Elementary School, Montgomery Middle School, and Kearny Construction Tech School. There are hundreds of private institutions like the Calvary Christian Academy, Escondido Adventists Academy, the Montessori American School, and Halstrom Academy. This neighborhood is just minutes from University of California (UCSD) and San Diego State University (SDSU) as well as the San Diego Community College District.

The QUALCOMM Stadium is just to the east and it’s only a short drive to the downtown area of San Diego. Residents have easy access to several freeways and are within walking distance to many venues. There are also concrete paths that run along the San Diego River from the stadium to Mission Bay.

San Diego is California’s second largest city and the nation’s eighth. Its economy relies on tourism, manufacturing, international trade, and military defense related activities. Tourists are attracted to San Diego for its beaches, San Diego Zoo, and the Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. It also brings in visitors for its annual San Diego Beer Week, held in November.
